BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Role Definition:
Business Development Executive is one who is responsible for generating revenues by sourcing contacts and converting them in to Contract.
Tasks & activities
Data Sourcing & Management:
• Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Google search, Indiamart , and from offline net works of the decision maker of customers.
• Maintaining the Data base on the internal templates of the company.
Sales Meetings:
• Preparing meetings via structured research about target client.
• Having Effective sales meetings in order to:
a. Understand the ecosystem of the client
b. Position VNS Enviro as the best choice for the client
c. Generate Requirement for the products from the client
Sales Proposals:
• Create presentations based on the clients requirements.
• Co-ordinate with Operations team to generate proposals and Budget costing.
Sales Conversion:
• Negotiate WIN-WIN deals
• Maintain Profitability index as per management Guidelines.
Client Co-ordination:
• Write Emails professionally to record all discussions with the client.
• Be The interface between the client and the operations team from Contract to completions of Project.
• Payment follow up and collection as per schedule
